Dhokra (dokra) art is non–ferrous metal casting using the lost-wax casting technique. In this art firstly wax models are made and after a series of processes the final product is made.
This sort of metal casting has been used for over 4,000 years and is still practiced in many states of India like Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, West Bengal & Telangana.
